About the Business

Rhouser Designs, pronounced with a silent “h” like in Rhode Island, is the freelance design operation of Rachael Houser and is based in South Western Kentucky, USA. I specialize in classic, chic, and unique designs and strive to help the design capture the voice of the owner in a memorable way. I am proficient in MySQL database, Corel Paint Shop Pro, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and cross-browser and multi-platform coding.

About the Designer

Hi there, I’m Rachael and I blog at RachieAnn.Com. I’ve been blogging off and on since 1999 at many different blogging sites but didn’t start designing until I began blogging with xanga. I moved on to hosting myself and using wordpress just so I could have full design control. I am completely self taught and continue learning everyday. Design is my life. It’s what I do before I go to bed and it’s what I can’t wait to do once I wake up in the mornings.

But of course I’m not on my computer 24/7, so who am I offline? I am a twenty something year old wife, miniature dachshund momma, and nursing student. I like coka cola, Dooney and Bourke, chocolate, all genres of music, fantasy novels, literally every kind of cuisine, the color pink, and anything Disney.
